• Polaris has implemented project management best practices for various organizations in IT and Financial sector.

• Polaris has provided market research services to various organizations wanting to expand their reach in the local and international markets.
• Polaris has provided organizations with financial and operational planning as well as annual budgeting exercise.

Polaris has coducted Human Resource (HR) audits for various organizations by studying their current HR processes and designing a strategic roadmap for the implementation of revised HR policies and processes based on best practices.

• Polaris has provided customized training for mid-level and senior managers on how to counsel, coach and mentor employees in multiple banking sector organizations.
• Polaris has conducted various workshops and interactive seminars on areas such as time management, creativity, problem solving and decision making.
• Polaris has conducted workshops on the Finance Business Partnering role or various organizations. The workshop has been endorsed by the Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA) organization.
